Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup berries or sliced fruit (strawberries, bananas, etc.)
Instructions:
In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, and sweetener.
Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with fresh fruit and enjoy straight from the jar.
